Coming from the hospitality industry, Reece entered real estate a decade ago and quickly learned it's a lot more behind the scenes than most anyone realizes. Stepping into the operations role, he supported Andi's real estate business and grew it to a top team in one of the largest brokerages in the metro. He developed processes and systems, and was always open to sharing how he did it to help other people grow. Reece's aptitude and skill were well known, he joined one of the largest teams in Oregon as a Listing Coordinator and coordinated over 200 listings inside of a year. Whether you're a team of one or many, Reece is the person you want in your corner.
Outside of work you can find Reece spending time with his family, enjoying a good sci-fi show, or indulging in the fantastic restaurant scene that Portland offers.
Andi Blackwell is a third generation real estate agent who tried really hard not to go into real estate. She studied marketing, construction, even health and wellness to do anything different than the "family business." After she and Reece bought their first house, there was no turning back. During her real estate career she's been involved in approximately 200 transactions both personally and as part of a team. Andi still loves real estate and takes care of our current clients, their friends, and family. But she also finds joy in helping agents to build sustainable businesses, knowing that improves agent lives, consumer experience, and housing accessibility. She teaches CEUs and small group trainings by request.
When not at work, you'll find Andi with a cup of tea and a sudoku, watching her daughter play. She speaks gifs fluently, loves tropical destinations, bad puns, vintage race cars, and checking out new restaurants with Reece.
Don't underestimate the sneakiness here. Tilly is always watching, ready to jump in to protect us from the evil Amazon or FedEx deliveries (USPS brings treats), or to "accidentally" steal our dinner. Adopted through One Tail at a Time, Tilly is our favorite troublemaker.
The newest addition to our family, Marley is always ready to greet you with a happy wiggle butt and sneak kisses. He likes to remind us to get up and get outside. But if for any reason we don't take him, he needs a piece of us to cuddle, preferably a shoe.
Gune walked into our lives, and our kitchen, 11 years ago. She's a bit bossy, and appointed herself the head of work-life balance early on. We're still trying to help her understand that sitting on the keyboard is not the way to tell us it's time to take a break.
